Terms and Conditions of Robert Grepl – AkceSpolu (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”)
1. Introductory Provisions
Mr. Robert Grepl, ID No. 08424101, Tax ID No. CZ9108024882, with its registered office at Slavhostice 89, 50732 Kopidlno (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) organizes matchmaking events under the name AKCE SPOLU (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”) on fixed dates.
2. Conditions for Participation in the Event
Participants must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Event. By making a reservation, the participant confirms that they meet this age requirement and that they agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Payment of the admission fee is a condition of participation in the Event.
The Organizer bears no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided by the client.
Participants acknowledge that the Organizer does not verify the personal, relationship, or marital status of individual participants. Each participant is fully responsible for the information they share about themselves with other participants during the event. The Organizer is not responsible for the accuracy of this information or for any personal or relationship conflicts between participants that arise during or after the event.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse a participant, even without providing a reason.
3. Organizer’s Liability
The organizer bears no responsibility for a participant’s conduct in connection with the event or outside of it.
The client agrees to compensate for any damages caused by their own fault.
The organizer does not guarantee that the participant will meet a suitable match during the event.
4. Event Registration and Payment
Participants register for the matchmaking event via the website www.akcespolu.cz
By completing the registration form, the Participant indicates to the Organizer their interest in participating in the event.
By submitting the completed registration form, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions and undertakes to comply with them.
The reservation becomes binding upon payment of the participation fee.
4.1. The fee may be paid in the following ways:
(i) Online by credit card
(ii) By bank transfer to the Organizer’s bank account 324187430/0300, in the event of difficulties with card payment, upon agreement with the event Organizer.
5. Number of Event Participants
The Organizer does not guarantee the exact number of participants who will actually attend the event, as it cannot influence whether all registered participants will show up.
The event will take place based on the number of registered participants. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the event only if the minimum number of registered participants of one gender is not reached. Information regarding the minimum number of participants of one gender required for the event to take place is always listed in the details of the specific event.
A lower-than-expected number of actual attendees does not entitle participants to a refund, discount, or any other form of compensation.
6. Event Cancellation
The organizer has the right to cancel an event without providing a reason. Participants will be notified of the cancellation via email or text message.
The organizer has the right to cancel an event due to insufficient attendance. In such a case, participants from the canceled event will be automatically transferred to the next available date in their age category and city, based on their original registration. If an alternative date is offered, participants may request to withdraw from the event and receive a full refund of the participation fee. The participation fee will be refunded in full if the participant submits a request for a refund via email no later than 7 days after being notified by the Organizer of the alternative date. If the Organizer receives a request for a refund of the participation fee after the 7‑day deadline, the client is obligated to comply with the cancellation terms specified in the Terms and Conditions, Section 5 – In the Event of Cancellation by the Client.
(i) Matchmaking Evenings – The minimum number of participants required for the event to take place is 5 men and 5 women.
(ii) Matchmaking Weekends – The minimum number of participants required for the event to take place is 5 men and 5 women.
The client has the right to cancel their participation by sending an email to info@akcespolu.cz.
In the event of cancellation by the client:
(i) 7 or more days before the event, the participant is entitled to a refund of the participation fee minus a handling fee of 150 CZK, or to reschedule to the next available date free of charge
(ii) 6 to 4 calendar days before the event, the participant is entitled to a 50% refund of the fee or a free rescheduling to the next available date
(iii) Less than 4 days before the event, e.g., due to illness or a business trip, the fee is forfeited. Rescheduling to another available date is not possible.
7. Event Evaluation
This is done by filling out a form after the event, where participants voluntarily indicate mutual interest. If there is mutual interest, the Organizer will provide email contact information to the participants who expressed mutual interest. If a participant does not receive a mutual match, they will be notified of this fact via email. The event organizer will send the evaluation of the matchmaking event to all clients no later than 24 hours after the event ends.
8. Partnership
This is established by entering into a contractual relationship between the Organizer and the event Partner (hereinafter referred to as the “Partner”).
The Partner organizes the matchmaking events listed on the website www.akcespolu.cz.
The Organizer bears no responsibility for the conduct of any event organized by a Partner. If an event is organized by a Partner, this will be indicated in the event details. The Partner’s name will be listed in the event details.
Events organized by a Partner are governed by the Terms and Conditions and grant participants the rights set forth in those terms.
The Organizer has the right to terminate its cooperation with the Partner without providing a reason.
9. Privacy Policy
The protection of personal data is governed by the terms set forth in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions of the AKCE SPOLU Dating Portal
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
