(i) In the reservation records, we process the personal data you provide to us.

· First and last name (to verify that you have correctly registered as male or female)

· Gender and age (to ensure proper placement in our events)

· Phone number (in case of contact issues)

· Email (we use this to send registration confirmations, purchase confirmations for specific events, or event evaluations)

(ii) Other data processed

· Bank account number (in the event of a refund of the participation fee)

· Photos or videos (if you consent to the use of photos/​videos for promotional purposes, primarily on social media)

· Likes you have given (used for evaluation and to send the results when there is mutual agreement)

III. How long do we process your personal data?

Personal data is processed for an indefinite period.

IV. Deletion of Personal Data

You have the right at any time to:

(i) the erasure of your personal data. Simply request erasure via email, and your personal data will be permanently deleted.

(ii) the removal of photos and videos from social events that you previously consented to having published
